helpful staff convenient location rooftop bar efficient service
the staff at reception were helpful. I found the location VERY convenient for transportation. The rooftop bar gave good views across THE city. The breakfast service was efficient, it ensured a smooth start to the day.
the absence of air conditioning became a problem. i had to keep windows open, resulting in noise disturbance at night.

The hotel's location is prime. I found many dining options nearby. the staff members i encountered were helpful and polite. the rooftop terrace and bar provided amazing views of the surrounding area. I liked this a lot.
The room lacked storage. I found it slightly inconvenient for a longer stay.

a surprisingly positive experience!
vibrant location rooftop bar hollywood theme friendly reception
the hotel's vibrant location really stood out to me. the rooftop bar was a good surprise, with very nice city views. i also appreciated the hollywood theme, it added a unique touch. the reception team was consistently friendly and helpful, i liked them a lot.
the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience.

the location was convenient to shops and restaurants. the staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a fantastic view overlooking a church.
the room felt small for two people with luggage. i could hear loud sirens outside since there was no ac and i had to keep the windows open. i needed to sleep with ear plugs due to noise.
